24 Hours to Appointment
If your cleaning is canceled within 24 hours to your service appointment, it will be a full charge. Non refundable.Â
Please understand your booking takes away from another customer who could have booked for that time slot, so if the cleaning appointment is cancelled within 24 hours (same day) it will be treated as a booking.
48 Hours or Sooner
If your cleaning is cancelled within 48 hours or sooner, your booking will be eligible for credit to your Customer Account. This means a cleaning credit will be applied to your account that can be used whenever you please! Simply re book through our site: www.spiffybnb.com/services
Before your 48 Hour window
If you choose to cancel your scheduled clean prior to the 48 hour window, you are eligible for a full refund!Â
